Shipping Policy 

Domestic Orders: Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on item weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $75

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on item weight and destination. 

 

we ship all orders within 1-5 business days After a purchase has been made.

Returns & Refunds Policy

No returns on items that are on sale, all sales are final.  We only offer refunds on damage items.

SSS Apparel:

We could be able to accept size exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn and not tampered with. To start an exchange, you can contact us on the contact page of this sit or sapphireskateshop@gmail.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Exchanges must be done within 15 days from when you receive your order. There will be no refunds if you made a purchase and you cancel your order when it has been sent out.

SSS Skateboards:

All skateboards/ parts  must be not tampered with. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a picture when you do.
